College students have supervised study sessions each morning and evening. Depending on academic performance, students may also be entitled to work in their room with support and guidance from the teaching team when necessary.

Every student is different – in terms of motivation, abilities, and how they cope with concentration and learning challenges. We look at all new boarders’ personal background and culture to determine the individual methods that will suit their needs and objectives best. Boarding house management applies teaching and learning methods that reflect each pupil’s personality.

Our aim is to encourage students to:

  • Understand their abilities so they can turn these into genuine skills.
  • Gradually learn the working methods that are best suited to them.
  • Develop a positive image (self-image and with others).
  • Build close ties with their peers and teachers, in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
  • Study independently.
  • Determine the best pathway for them.

School and boarding house management organise supervised study sessions in the late afternoon and evenings. Specialist teachers deliver targeted support lessons in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and languages.

Evening supervisory study sessions are conducted in groups under the supervision of a teacher and an internal mentor. However, it is possible for students to work in their room, depending on their academic results.

Boarders are automatically covered by 24-hour accident and medical insurance, even during school holidays.

SPORTS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Boarders have the opportunity to take part in a sporting activity of their choice, led by a qualified instructor, after lessons have finished.

EXCURSIONS
AND WEEKENDS

We organise regular excursions, outings and trips throughout the school year.
