BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
Our business management programme is a well-balanced course that provides fast-track learning of practical knowledge. It will give you the skills you need to apply general and cost accounting data, master standard financial management techniques, and tackle the legal and economic concepts that managers have to deal with from a practical angle.
Classes on the business management programme take place in half-day morning blocks.
The business management programme is recognised by the Groupement Suisse des Ecoles de Commerce (GEC).
With the Business Management Diploma, you can move directly into the job market or continue further study, for example at a specialist school such as the School of Management and Communication (ESM) in Geneva, a hospitality school, or Business School Lausanne (BSL).
To be admitted to the business management programme, you will need to have completed a Baccalaureate, Swiss Maturité or equivalent qualification. Alternatively, candidates with at least two years’ professional experience will be considered.
For any further enquiries about the business management programme, or to enrol, please contact our training consultant.
Candidates will need to obtain an average pass mark. Only the marks obtained in the examinations will count towards your grade.
The business management programme is a 6-month course (18 weeks). Classes take place every morning, Monday to Friday (25 periods per week).
Other than the examinations, there are no formal assessments during the course.
You can enrol on the business management programme twice a year, in April and October.
We teach all subjects from scratch to give all our pupils a chance to take the business management programme and progress quickly under close supervision.
Our lessons are practice-focused to bring you up to speed quickly.
Homework is required (1-2 hours per day).
There are no formal assessments during the business management programme, since this would require us to make the course longer. You will sit an interim examination part-way through the course to check your progress towards the requirements.
Only the marks obtained in the final examination will count towards your final grade.
You also have a chance to brush up on your English skills in the afternoons (various ability levels available).
